Scrapbook Summit

In May I will be attending a scrapbook retreat. So far I have been to three of them with one of my daughters. The first one we attended was the Winter 2009 Summit.  We have attended the Spring 2009 and Winter 2010 as well. Each time we have had a great time. The accommodations at the Simsbury Inn in scenic Connecticut are relaxing and wonderful.  A lot of space is allotted for each person at the cropping tables, set up with four people per table. And room is also made available for the machines we might bring. If anyone is interested there is still room and time for people to register. Hope to see you there. Find the information at the site below.

The Scrapbook Summit
Spaces are still available for out 24th Summit Event. The Spring Summit will take place May14th through the 16th.

What did you think of the scrapbook summit? Was it fun? What do you do there? I've never been to one, but I would like to try. What can you tell me is the best experience about it?

Hello PenLight,

It is a fun and relaxing time. How much gets done all depends on how well you have prepared before you go.

It is generally two and a half days of scrapbooking in a very nice Inn. You can leave your things at the table you have been assigned to and can go back and forth to scrap during that two and a half days. You have access to all the facilities of the inn ie swimming pool. Meals are supplied on Saturday and Sunday. The guest room are beautifully decorated. The best experience is being with approximately 105 other women that love to scrap book.
